04 Deposits & Withdrawals of Funds

Regarding Deposits:

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Xin77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The member has failed to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• The account shows no activity for the specified period (inactive account).

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of a valid account closure with no terms violation, the real money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the member once the review is completed.

09 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Xin77 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xin77 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to:

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution body.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this document and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
